Performance Dimensions

The Framework for Excellence comprises three performance dimensions that are widely recognised as critical constituents of performance; Finance, Effectiveness and Responsiveness.

Each dimension contains two or three Key Performance Areas (KPAs) that the sector has agreed are the main constituents of performance within the dimension. Please follow the links above for more details about these KPAs.
