Responsiveness to Employers

The Responsiveness to Employers Key Performance Area (KPA) has two performance indicators:

1. Employer Satisfaction

2. Amount of Training

Please note however that providers in possession of Training Quality Standard accreditation, and with at least six months left of that accreditation, at the beginning of an academic / FfE year will be automatically awarded an outstanding grade for the whole ER KPA for that FfE period.

Employers’ views will be gathered through an Employer Survey.

The questions align with the outcome-based questionnaire used during the TQS assessment process.
